| Application method and dosage | Brightening with exhausting from bath method: 0,2 - 0,5% Heliofor PER and addition formic acid or acetic acid. Aproaching slowly to 120°C temperature – 45 minutes and brightening 30 minutes in temperature 120°C. Heliofor PER concentrate, because of good thermal stability is especially recommended for brightening polyester fi bres and mixed polyester/cotton fi bres in padding method. Application: 1 – 5 g Heliofor PER, depending on required whiteness level and kind of material used. Appretures are fi xed by aftercure method in temperature 140-170°C in 30 sec or by Schock-condensation method in temperature 180 – 200°C and time 20 – 25 sec. |
